1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 11ph2 Casino platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of 11ph2 Casino, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.

• Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 11ph2 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify 11ph2 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

11ph2 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time. This typically involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

11ph2 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 3–15 minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days.
• 11ph2 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 11ph2 account.
• 11ph2 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity is detected.
• All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks in accordance with Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

11ph2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered at least twenty (20) times before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 11ph2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be forfeited and the account may be terminated.

• Bonus funds expire if not used within the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account without compensation.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 11ph2 platform — including slots, live baccarat, bingo, color prediction, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• All games on 11ph2 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 11ph2's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, 11ph2 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last valid state. If this is not possible, the affected bet may be refunded at 11ph2's discretion.
• 11ph2 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11ph2 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug must be reported to 11ph2 and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with 11ph2 staff.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 11ph2 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 11ph2 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 11ph2 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of 11ph2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 11ph2 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 11ph2 platform without the prior written consent of 11ph2.

9. Privacy & Data

11ph2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 11ph2 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11ph2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 11ph2 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 11ph2's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Termination

11ph2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• At 11ph2's sole discretion, for any business reason.

Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 11ph2 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable game rules.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 11ph2 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations, players may also escalate complaints to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable regulations.

14. Amendments to These Terms

11ph2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 11ph2 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 11ph2 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
